In the rare case that you are still not satisfied with the product, we offer FREE RETURN on all FREE SHIPPING orders purchased by our members. This means if your original order was shipped FREE your return shipping is on us. The only requirement is you must be a Furddy member to qualify for the FREE RETURN offer. Of course, the item(s) being returned must be in new & unused condition with all original packaging and tags. FREE RETURN offer is limited to one use per order. If you have more than one item from a single purchase that you would like to return, you must return them together to enjoy the FREE RETURN offer. 

For customers without an account, you can sign up for free here. If you would rather not setup an account, we can either email you a return shipping label and deduct the shipping fee from the refund amount or you can ship the items back to us via any carrier of your choice.

To initiate a return process, you can simply visit our Return Center to create a return request. If your order qualifies for FREE RETURN, you will receive a free return shipping label upon approval of your return request. Of course, we will always keep you up to date on the return processing and shipping status through the entire process via emails.

If your original purchase did not qualify for FREE SHIPPING offer (flat rate shipping does not qualify as FREE SHIPPING offer), you must email us for a return shipping label and the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount OR you can ship the item(s) back to us via any carrier of your choice. Prior to shipping any return packages to us, you must email us to obtain an RMA number. We will not be able to process your return without an RMA number.

We are a small family business so most of the time we want to be as clear and painless as possible in the return process with our customers. Our primary goal is to make you and your pup(s) happy. We are committed to be as reasonable and flexible with our return process as possible so please do not hesitate to contact us if you are not sure about anything. However, we do reserve our rights to charge restocking fee or refuse refund if an item is returned in a condition not meeting our return policy requirement detailed above.

All return requests must be initiated and submitted within 14 days from receipt of products. All return packages must be postmarked within 30 days from receipt of products. 

We reserve the rights to reject any return packages without a valid return request on file.
